I'm afraid I can't tell exactly what you have done from the files you 
posted... I'm currently trying to get some better tutorials for Flashr 
together (I'm planning a presentation on Flashr at BarCamp London this 
weekend) but haven't finished yet... Once they are done maybe that will 
help you out?

In the meantime, you might want to check out the example with sourcecode 
that Doug Marttila put together recently. You can see the example and 
get the files here:
