Can someone who has used these suggest what the 'best' API kit is for use with flickr to create a web application?
Is there a feature comparison available?

It seems there are 4 possibe options
    *  flickr api (docs)
    * Flashr
    * Flickr API Interfaces REST
    * as3 flickr lib
