thank you for the information about the legalities of the flash classes,
they will be removed hence forth and the code will be changed to comply with
not using the flash ide library of classes. After reading most of the links
you provided the license of the code this has been changed to the MIT
license and update will be in place for the removal of any project
notification of licenses.
look out for an update and get your copy from the SVN repository.
