[Papervision3D] FW: PaperWorld Development Wiki

I've updated the wiki with an outline Design Document taken from
gamedev.net - and I've started filling in some of the headings but as
I've not had much time to work with PV3D due to having to complete a
client project it's a bit bare at the minute. I'll try to flesh out an
outline a bit more over the next day or two.
 
>From the looks of some of the exchanges on the list we've got a long way
to go to becoming John's vision of a benchmark in multiplayer flash
games but we all knew that anyway, eh?
