[Papervision3D] Texture mapping

Both papervision and sandy use affine texturemapping. SWFZ is the
exception : it renders pixel by pixel.

There is a way to implement perspective correction in pv3d...but it'll
take some time..turns out it's complex.
The dynamic tesselation approach I have seen is the best so
far....that was really awesome.
