[Papervision3D] Cube primitive with different materials on each side

Thanks a bunch Kelvin!
I will check this out and I will keep in mind that it's the first iteration.
I'm working in the AS2 papervision anyway at the moment, so I would need to
make some changes anyway just to get it to compile. I'm adding in bitmap
material to each side of the cube and adding public methods for changing the
pivot point, or registration point. I'll post the progress in the next few days.
