[Papervision3D] 3DS parser and bone animation support

It's troublesome to delete some thing directly from DAE or ASE ... i don't
think it is a good way since we may have many models.
If we finally decide to use PV3D in our project, i think we will really try
to implement 3DS parser(If there's not someone else implemented it before
us).
