[Papervision3D] Simple Button hand mode

Hey Ralph!

not really, this was just a legitimate post on a subject that is true. The
current implementation of ISM in PV2.0 does not support SimpleButton.

i'm just having trouble sifting through all the posts asking how the new
release works... :)
