[Papervision3D] FLY the xwing and switch between cockpit and chase cam views

it already "rolls" when you turn left and right - follow an xwing around and
you'll see it's rolling when you turn.  Otherwise, you'd have to constantly
adjust the roll with the arrow keys.  I think anymore "roll" might make it
seem uncontrolled, but I can play around with the settings a bit and see.

Is it more of a visual roll (IE: the camera rolls but the ship isn't rolling
anymore than usual)?
