[Papervision3D] 'Cannot create property z' : Error when compiling AS3 Panorama with latest PV3D

I get the following error whenever I try and compile either the original
panorama source code or the one I'm playing with (initially I thought I
had broken the code)

Does anyone know what is the deal with this?
