[Papervision3D] UVW mapping in Blender

Does Papervision understand UVW maps, or just standard wraparound
tiling textures?  I want to project on only one side of an object.

I created a box, added seams in edit mode, went to object mode and
loaded and unwrapped.  Then I loaded an image and adjusted the UVW
coordinate position until the model looked good in texture mode.

When I exported as Collada1.4,  making sure my map was in the library,
etc., then loaded it into AS2 Papervision as a Collada, my mesh (a
simple rectangle) was mapped on all sides and the map was sliding
around.
