[Papervision3D] 3d avatars

All you have mentioned is perfectly possible, but Papervision3D alone won't
do it by itself.

I did some research in that area a few months ago. The idea was to allow
people to upload or webcam capture their faces, and create a 3D model out of
it. In this case the geometry adapted to the shape of the face. Vertices for
face, eyes, nose and eyebrows where grouped, so it was possible to create
different expressions. It was very easy to use thanks to a mr potato-like
user interface.

I think this a very interesting subject, that's got to develop a lot in the
coming years. The guys from Gizmoz in Tel Aviv are a good reference here.
