[Papervision3D] Tiles + Isometry Repost

Thanks Jake,

PV3D seems useful in implementing "rotating tile world" concept as well 
as moving objects (cars, tanks) where in a static sprite version every 
frame picturing the rotating object should be stored separately. It 
would consume a lot of Kb.
