[Papervision3D] 3DS format loader

Wanted to see some 3DS files, plus makes the file size for the objects way
smaller. w00t.
You want to see it too? I bet you do, well okay. I can't say no.

NOTE: Only test with 3 files. The file, as the Wavefront and ASE loaders
must have
(1) ONLY 1 object in it
(2) A vertex, texture vertex, and face list

That is really all. Let me know of bugs and such. I plan on having some more
error and logging in them later, but I think this is enough for 1 day. My
first day with PV3D =).
