[Papervision3D] initObject / documentation / defaults

Hi Carlos,

I started playing around with p3d a few days ago and I have attached
suggestion for an InitObject, as it could be used in MaterialObject3D
and its subclasses as a parameter in the constructors.

I see these advantages for initObject:InitObject

  - code completion for lazy people like me

  - STRICT and verbose errors for novices like me

  - easier to keep documentation up to date

  - a nice way to control the default Material configuration by
    extending it and turning on the toonShader by default ;-)

Now this is just a suggestion from a p3d newbie and maybe I did not get
the point at some point, but then again others may not as well.
