Hello All,
Ok so at the moment we have BitmapAssetMaterials, but without lighting,
phong shading or similar we probably have to "hard code" the effect of
lighting into the textures we use... in other words, I have a car model, the
entire car material is pure white, so when I apply this material I don't see
any shading and the whole thing looks flat and makes it very hard to work
out where the edges/faces of the car are.
I wondered if anyone had any tips to "faking" lighting in the texture when
using MAX and Photoshop, particularly when the thing being textured is not
very detailed?
Cheers,
Rich
