In Maya, it's Polygons -> Mesh -> Combine (Maya 8.5 Unlimited). In  
previous versions, it's in Polygons -> Combine, I  think.

I have 8.5 open now and am rendering so I can't jump into the other  
version safely - finalRender is killing my renderfarm right now... :)
