[Papervision3D] Papervision3d newbie. Where do i start

Hi guys, 

I am a total newbie to papervision so any guidence would be very much appreciatted.
i am expeinced in flash and have some experince in using bryce(4 years ago)

So i have looked at the sample fla's that tell me very little.
I have looked at the .as file that gave me a headache lol

So my question is what are the steps to create my own simple 3d thing.
