[Papervision3D] BitmapFileMaterial width and height

Hi John - I did do that and it was still giving me problems. I sent  
you the source to the sphere I was working on (to your email  
address). If you have any ideas why the width and height problem is  
happening, let me know. It works fine in locally and in authoring,  
just not in a browser from a remote server.
