[Papervision3D] *IMPORTANT* Mipmap new feature crashes with r45!

I was testing the new feature of mipmap. Well I wasn't really, I just
updated the sources and recompiled the project I was working on... And
what's my surprise when I've seen my project crash?

However, it doesn't crash if the quality of the stage is set to LOW.

If you want feel like crashing your browser, make sure you're runing
flash9 r45 and go to this address:
http://mrdoob.com/lab/adobe/mipmap/rb_world.swf

It's clearly a bug from Adobe, but I wonder if pv3d can find a workaround...
