[Papervision3D] *IMPORTANT* Mipmap new feature crashes with r45!

Not really, but bitmap antialiasing has always been dead slow. It got slower
in Flash 8, thanks to better and slower filtering than on 7. It used to be
inconsistently slow for PV3D, probably due to cache misses, but with mip
mapping it now seems fine. In any case, setting material.smooth on a non mip
mapped texture shouldn't be a good idea.
