[Papervision3D] [Paper::Doom][OT] sound: distortion on start/end of sound

Hey dudes,

check http://www.suite75.net/lab/doom/
press a key to play "PLPAIN" => player-pain :)

Now: I read PCM sound (a raw WAV) from the WAD...

I use http://www.flashbrighton.org/wordpress/?p=9 for hacking the WAV
into AS3....

Anyway: one hears 'click' on start / end of the sound.

Anyone knows what could cause such distortion?
