[Papervision3D] 3D Modeling pointers

It's more oriented towards modelling than texturing, but it's very
interesting because it covers the creation of game spec models, that will
behave well in pv3d. Very few people do that now. It also covers mocap
character animation which we hopefully will support in the future. Maybe you
need another book about maya itself cos this one assumes you know your way
around it.
