[Papervision3D] Far manifest...

The compress attribute indicates whether a file should be packed 'as 
is', or should get ZLIB compressed before adding it to the archive - 
it's unrelated to the FarItem.asX methods.

Speaking of which, for using FarItem.asBitmap, you'll need my latest 
local version of the API, which for the time being I've uploaded to 
http://vanrijkom.org/far/far_0.1.r2.zip (includes upd. archiver tool 
too), until I get a chance to update the Google code page.
