[Papervision3D] More 2.0 samples

yeah 1919 - at the height of imaging technology ;)

Yeah, you know, i took the bump that was on the site, but I could easily
work with the levels to see if I can get more play in the depth.  Ralphy has
an Earth demo that rocks with alot of depth on the mountain ranges etc.
