[Papervision3D] new web site

[Webdevotion]

Nice idea, but very slow on my machine ... ( win xp, amd x2 3800+ CPU, 2gb
ram, Opera 9.24, ... )
Especially when choosing "view steps".

Also, no resizing when scaling the browser window, noticed it when opening
my bookmark bar.

Hope you can do something with it :)
