[Papervision3D] methods of increasing performance

Here's one performance boosting idea - I'm currently working on a project
where I am loading three varieties of each model - high poly, medium poly
and low poly, and then using a distance check to show only the high poly
models when they are close to the camera, and the medium and low poly models
when they are far from the camera and the extra detail is too far to be seen
anyway. It's working quite nicely.
