Legally it's not practical due to $, just to find out.
Practically, I assume that they would change their domain if pv 
community somehow notified them that they did not like it. (Even 
businesses email each other before getting lawyers). That should be 
enough as pv community is very popular and I image an apology would even 
come. So some community members should try to track some contact over 
there and just say "some are frowning" on your domain.

In future... maybe flash 10 branch can be an Apache license, since that 
license states words to the effect "you can use our name to promote ", 
which should clear it up. No one has ever said "Tomcat R Us.com".
