[Papervision3D] Can anyone help back-port an away 3D fix for dirty material edges?

An example of the "dirty materials edge problem" is when you have a plane
with a material, which is tiled and smooth and it appears the bottom row of
pixels from the material is visible at the top of the plane, even though the
material is the right size and it is set to stretch it anyway.
This is most noticable with transparency - for example imagine a semi-circle
with the background transparent as the source of a MovieMaterial - the top
row of the semi circle should just be a mostly transparent but a little bit
where the curve hits the top, however with the dirty materials edge problem
the bottom pixel row (the bottom edge of the semi circle - a line) appears
at the top - kind of like this:

rather than

I hope that explains it!
