[Papervision3D] How to export a 3D object from Maya?

Hello,

I'm starting whith Aumented Reallity + FlarToolKit, PaperVision and 3D 
modelling using Maya.
My objectives are:

1. Create a 3D Object in Maya; (Done)
2. Export this 3D Object to use in Flash whith PaperVision3D;
3. Apply Aumented Reallity to show the 3D Object floating in a marker;

The problems:

 - I don't know how do export only the 3D object from Maya. Can anybody 
help me?
 - I don't made the papervision34 works whith flash yet, but I will. =)
