[Papervision3D] A little Papervision for Intel and SHRM

nice....ok, i have to ask, cause i have been working on this a while....how does that math work to get the sticky notes in a sphere (www.scratchITandsee.com) ? I'd love to know that as i have tried to get this very effect for  a while now!
