[Red5] Example app?

I would really like to have an example of an application.java (and maybe fla)  file that handles shared objects, does some basic stuff like setting some properties on the shared Object, just to get me started. 

I'm migrating a FMS application, that does nothing with video and audio, just plain sharing of data, so any example (chat?) would be fine.
