Hi Joachim,

I'm trying to create a ticket with the changes I mentioned.

However, clicking on the link provided [1] gives me the following
message in Trac: 

Forbidden

TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation

I'm assuming that's because I don't have a Trac user account.  So, I
tried to create one, but couldn't find the link to register.

What's the deal? ;)
