[Red5] Red5 clustering

Hi Michael,

Clustering / load balancing / etc are not implemented yet. We are
focusing on improving our support for streaming protocol in this
release. Our next release we will focus on application support and
ease of use adding things like scripting. We will post more about 0.6
once 0.5 has been released.

Clustering is probably not going to be on the radar until a later
release. I expect the implementation to be driven by a real world
situation. This will happen, its just a question of who and when. If
you or others have some spare cycles to spend on this, get the source,
sign up to the dev list, and start talking.
