Yep, it's possible to create Server Side Stream from several VODs as well as
Live Videos and broadcast as a new Live Video. But it's quite experimental
now and many bugs there.

There's an example in oflaDemo on the trunk. If you are interested, just
have a try.

Don't know about Java graphics as webcam. Is it a special driver that's
installed on OS?
