[Red5devs] Java 5 EOL

We had a outcry on Xuggle when we tried to do that, but only from Mac
client-side developers since Apple does not have a browser-plugin for Java
on Safari that supports Java 6.

Put another way, for Red5 it's probably a safe migration.  I'll hold off on
disabling the auto builds until the first break :)
