[swfmill] New SWFMILL build?

Hi there!
There's been quite a few discussions running on the list these days and I
thought it would be a great idea to have a fresh, new and shiny build!
First it would ease the process for guys that don't understand everything
about Linux (just like me), and it would push new fixes to a wider
audience...

Well, that's just my 2 cents...
