[swfmill] Clips get doubles up after adding ComboBox swf.

Hi,

Wanting to use the ComboBox component in my flash movie, I added it  
a .fla file and compiled it as ComboBox.swf

This works fine, but adding this clip seems to double many (not all)  
of my other clips.  They all sit stacked on top of each other in the  
top left corner.

There resources were not in the ComboBox.fla file that I used to  
create ComboBox.swf

As soon as I remove the reference to ComboBox.swf, the clips are gone.

Any ideas?
