[swfmill] Error In Use

Thanks Axel,
I'm either sleep deprived or blind....
I executed swfmill from the src directory of the project, however the 
directory listed in the xml file was actually located in the project 
directory, not the src directory of the project. Once I moved it into 
the src directory and tried again, everything ran correctly.

Thanks everyone for your patience and help! I'll take my red-faced mug 
and get back to work now. :)
