Hi Dan,
as I use swfmill sometimes with haXe I really tried hard to get the 
current svn build on my xp box
with msys but finally the build fails with a lot of 'undefined 
reference' errors like this one
c:/mingw/lib/libexslt.a(dynamic.o)(.text+0x81):dynamic.c: undefined 
reference to `_imp__xmlFree'

Once I had the same problem while building on linux and in the end 
solved it but cannot remeber how :-(
If there would be somebody to support me in getting started with the 
windows build I would
be ready to help maintaining it then by providing actual builds and also 
maybe documentation.
