[swfmill] Windows Builds

Hi List,

I know that people are having some trouble building swfmill for
Windows, so I am sharing my personal build here:

It's dated 2008-05-22 because that's the date of the last check in to
Subversion. It's working well for me, but if anyone has any trouble,
or needs a version built with any particular set of patches, please
let me know.
