[swfmill] swfmill maintainer, progress

Hello Dan,

I have tried to produce a more detailed documentation a while ago, and I 
think even if it's not perfect, it could be a good starting point. It 
was ignored by Dan for some reason.

It is based on the current release, so it may need updating, but it is 
trying to be more helpful than the existing websites.

Would you care to see if it is useful to you? (It's a 40kb OpenOffice 
document.)
