[swfmill] JPEG 2000 Support

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has investigated the use of Jpeg 2000 in swfmill.
I'm creating swfs with strict filesize constraints and it would be nice to
import images that handle compression better. If someone had a starting
point for adding additional image formats, excellent. Otherwise, I'll just
dive into the code and hack away.
