An application packaged as a zip file, similar to war. The hosting provider could give users a range of applications they could install, similar to plesk. Chatroom, whiteboard, video gallery, etc.
can someone find a link to info about the format, perhaps there are java libs for this already, surely tomcat and other server do it.
